The Creole Creamery is locally owned and proudly uses local ingredients. We proudly stand by our product, techniques and ability to make the finest Ice Creams, Sorbets, and Sherbets that you can serve.

We offer 1 and 3 gallon tubs of Ice Cream, Sorbet and Sherbet.

We can work with you to develop custom flavors to pair with your menu.

Using “Creole Creamery” on your menu reinforces your commitment to quality and dedication to supporting local businesses.

Your Ice Cream will be made by Chef Bryan Gilmore, who has made all of ours since day 1.

You’ll have access to our very extensive flavor catalog where we can work with you to best meet your customer's needs.

what we require

We ask that all wholesale orders be placed a minimum of 4 days in advance. We will make every effort to honor expedited orders, but sometimes cannot.

All orders less than $300 must be picked up from the Prytania location.
