Party FAQ

Make Your Own Sundae Parties start at $350 and include sundaes for up to 20 people. There is a $6 charge for each sundae beyond the initial 20. We will also run a tab for additional ice cream items, coffee beverages, soda, and bottled water that guests purchase. Plus, a gratuity of 15% will be added to the total of your bill.

Please contact or stop by one of our locations to reserve your date. To reserve your party date, we require a $100 deposit (cash or check). Please book your party early, as dates fill up months in advance.

We accept cash, checks, or credit cards.

Private parties are only held from 10 till 11:30am at both locations. You may arrive at 9:45am to set up if needed.

You are welcome to bring decorations including balloons, tablecloths, flowers, etc. In addition, you can bring your own cake, beverages, and food for your guests to enjoy. We do not allow piñatas.

Many people who choose the Make Your Own Sundae option also bring games, crafts, or entertainment such as a magician, clown, or face painter. If you are making crafts, please refrain from using excessively messy items such as glue, glitterm, or permanent paint that are difficult for our staff to clean up. Also, please let your entertainment know that they can arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up.
