Catering can be arranged through either our Old Metairie or Uptown locations. Please specify which shop is closest to you.
Basic guidelines are listed below, but we can custom build a package to suit most needs. To have an event catered by our staff, there is a minimum charge of $450 + delivery & tax.
what we charge:
Packages start at $200 per 50 guests. Each tub serves 50 and must be purchased in 1 tub increments. Price includes ice cream, white paper cups, white plastic spoons and labor to serve 50 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated in increments of 50. We will assign the appropriate number of scoopers based upon on the size and scope of the event. Extra ice cream can be purchased for an additional price.
$1.25 per serving for a make-your-own-sundae spread. This includes chocolate syrup, chopped peanuts, crushed oreos, whipped cream, cherries and sprinkles. Additional toppings are available at an extra charge and some toppings can be substituted. Fresh cut fruit toppings will incur an extra charge.

about our setup:
We scoop out of decorated, standard sized ice chests. We do not need electricity and can set up very quickly almost anywhere. We do require a table - 4’ without toppings or 8’ with toppings.
Servers can either wear Creamery uniforms or Black & Whites.
Serving time must be as limited as possible to avoid melting. Please try to have a specific “ice cream time” for your event.
