Holiday Dessert Tasting & Demonstration
Do you want to learn how to make showstopping desserts for your holiday celebration? Then, join us on Saturday December 12 for a Holiday Dessert Tasting and Demonstration with our ice chef Bryan Gilmore. The 6 course tasting menu will include: Champagne Punch with cranberry – satsuma sherbet, Toasted Marshmallow Sundae with marshmallow cream cookie ice cream and toasted marshmallow fluff, Gingerbread with melting spiced “ice crème anglaise”, Winter Sundae Armagnac-stewed figs with toasted chestnuts over brown sugar ice cream, Blood Orange Sorbet in tuile cup with star anise syrup and Chocolate Whoopie Pie with peppermint ice cream. In addition to the tasting menu, Chef Bryan will demonstrate how to construct the desserts, provide the recipes and answer all of your questions. The price is $25 (CASH OR CHECK ONLY) and the event will take place at 3pm on Saturday December 12 at our Lakeview location (6260 Vicksburg Street just off of Harrison Ave.). Reservations are required so please call 482-2924 to reserve your spot!
